Setting up your first rule is extremely simple!
~ Go to the optimization tool – https://thecampaignmaker.com/app/automaticoptimization
~ Click “Create New Rule”
~ Type in a name for your rule. Only you will see this.
~ Choose the campaign you want the rule to work on. Keep in mind that the rule will work on the ad level not the whole campaign level for better accuracy.
~ Choose the timeframe you want the rule to apply to. For example “past 3 days” will only calculate data for the past 3 days only.
~ Setup your rule guidelines. In addition to creating your rules, you can choose one of our premade templates.
~ Choose the action you want to happen when the rule guidelines are met. For example “pause” will stop the ad from running when the rule condition is found.
~ Finally choose how often you want the optimization rule to check if the rules are met. For example “every 30 minutes” will check all ads in the campaign every 30 minutes to see if the rules is met.
When the rule is successfully created the optimization tool will keep an eye out for the campaign you chose based on the rules you set.
